2. Data processed

Only data voluntarily provided by the individual when getting in touch is processed:

  • Identification data: name and surname
  • Contact data: email address and, where applicable, phone number
  • The content of the message and any information the individual chooses to include in the enquiry

3. Purposes of processing

Data is used solely to handle and reply to enquiries received, to maintain communications prior to a possible agreement (pre-contractual relationship) and, where applicable, to manage the professional relationship arising from it.

Data is not used for unsolicited commercial messages, profiling or automated decision-making.

4. Lawful basis

Processing is based on the consent of the individual when sending an enquiry (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and on pre-contractual measures or the performance of a contract where the enquiry leads to a professional relationship (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Where a legal obligation applies, for example in tax matters, the basis is Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

5. Retention period

Data is kept for as long as necessary to answer the enquiry and, if no professional relationship is established, it is deleted after a period of 12 months.

If a professional relationship is formalised, data is kept for its duration and afterwards for the limitation periods legally required in tax, accounting and liability matters.

6. Recipients and processors

Data is not shared with third parties, except where legally required.

The current technical providers are Lovable (website hosting) and Google/Gmail (email service), which act as data processors under Article 28 GDPR.

7. International transfers

No international data transfers are currently carried out. If any contracted provider were to process data outside the European Economic Area, the safeguards set out in Chapter V GDPR would apply and this policy would be updated.

8. Your rights

Any individual may exercise the following rights in relation to their personal data:

  • Access to the personal data processed
  • Rectification of inaccurate data
  • Erasure of data when it is no longer necessary
  • Restriction of processing in the cases provided for
  • Objection to processing on grounds relating to their particular situation
  • Portability of the data provided
  • Withdrawal of consent at any time, without retroactive effect

9. How to exercise your rights

In its current version, this website uses no non-essential cookies, no analytics tools and no advertising trackers. For that reason no cookie banner is displayed.

If non-essential cookies or measurement tools are added in the future, users will be informed in advance and the corresponding consent will be requested.

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are applied to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, including encrypted site communications and access control on the accounts used.
